March 31 (Bloomberg) -- Andy Murray of Britain recovered to beat David Ferrer in three sets in tennis’s Sony Open final in Miami today.

Murray’s 2-6, 6-4, 7-6 (7-1) victory over the Spaniard means Murray overtakes Roger Federer to go second in the world rankings.
