March 26 (Bloomberg) -- K+S AG, Europe’s largest potash maker, named Andreas Radmacher to its executive board to oversee the company’s potash and magnesium operations.
Radmacher, 47, will join the board on Sept. 1, Kassel, Germany-based K+S said today in an e-mailed statement. Radmacher is head of RWE AG’s Turkish unit in Istanbul and was previously a member of the executive board of RWE Energy AG in Dortmund, Germany.
With Radmacher’s appointment, half of K+S’s management board will have been in their jobs for 15 months or less. The board will expand to six members again after Joachim Felker retired in September. Chief Executive Officer Norbert Steiner had temporarily taken responsibility for the potash and magnesium business unit, K+S said.
