Shell, Eni, Vitol Said to Win Rosneft Six-Month Urals Tender

March 11 (Bloomberg) -- OAO Rosneft, Russia’s largest oil company, awarded its six-month tender for Urals crude loading April to September to Royal Dutch Shell Plc, Vitol Group and Eni SpA, according to two traders who participate in the market.

Shell won all cargoes on the Baltic Sea, including as much as 5 million metric tons from Primorsk port and 2 million tons from Ust-Luga, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information is confidential.

Vitol won Rosneft’s 80,000-ton cargoes from Novorossiysk on the Black Sea, while Shell and Eni will each get half of the company’s 140,000-ton shipments from the port, the people said.
