India’s ONGC Offers Naphtha for February Loading From Hazira

Jan. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Oil & Natural Gas Corp., India’s biggest state-run energy explorer, offered to sell 35,000 metric tons of naphtha for loading from Feb. 21 to Feb. 22 from Hazira port, according to a notice sent to potential buyers.

Bids close at 9:30 a.m. India time tomorrow and must be valid until 6:30 p.m. that evening, the notice showed.
