Jan. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Latvian law enforcement has filed 28 requests for legal assistance abroad over the collapse of Latvijas Krajbanka AS and has frozen assets in Latvia and outside the country, the Ir magazine reported, citing the police.
Krajbanka’s administrator KPMG Baltics, may also file a suit against the lender’s former owners for their role in the bank’s demise, IR reported, without citing anyone.
