Formosa Petrochemical Said to Buy Cargo of Oman Oil for February

Dec. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Formosa Petrochemical Corp., Taiwan’s only publicly traded oil refiner, purchased a 2 million barrel cargo of Oman crude for loading in February, said two traders who participate in the market, asking not to identified because the information is confidential.

The cargo traded at a premium of $1.80 a barrel to the price of benchmark Dubai crude, said one of the people.
