New York Knicks Beat Cavaliers 103-102; Bulls Top Nets 83-82

Dec. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Raymond Felton had 25 points and seven assists to lead the Knicks past the Cleveland Cavaliers 103-102 yesterday as New York improved to 10-0 at Madison Square Garden.

Tyson Chandler added 23 points and 10 rebounds for the Knicks, who won a fourth consecutive game after Anderson Varejao missed a free throw with one second remaining.

The Knicks improved the National Basketball Association’s only unbeaten home record to 10-0, their best start at the Garden since winning 11-straight there to start the 1991-92 season.

New York played without Carmelo Anthony, the NBA’s No. 2 scorer, who sprained his left ankle in the team’s Dec. 13 win over the Los Angeles Lakers. Kyrie Irving scored 41 points to lead the Cavaliers.

In other NBA action, the Bulls beat the Brooklyn Nets 83-82 in Chicago to win for a fifth time in six games. Luol Deng had 17 points and 7 rebounds for the Bulls. Brook Lopez had 18 points and 10 rebounds for Brooklyn.

Elsewhere, it was Minnesota Timberwolves 114, Dallas Mavericks 106; Miami Heat, 102, Washington Wizards 72; Golden State Warriors 115, Atlanta Hawks 93; Orlando Magic 107, Charlotte Bobcats 98; Indiana Pacers 88, Detroit Pistons 77; San Antonio Spurs 103, Boston Celtics 88; Los Angeles Clippers 111, Milwaukee Bucks 85 and Memphis Grizzlies 99, Utah Jazz 86.
