West Ham Named First Bidder for London Olympic Stadium

Dec. 5 (Bloomberg) -- West Ham United soccer club was chosen as the first-ranked bidder to become the new tenant of the 2012 Olympic Stadium, the London Legacy Development Corporation said today.

The agency, known as LLDC, oversees the post-Games use of the London 2012 facilities.
