Agespisa to Farm Out $475 Million in Water Work, BNAmericas Says

Dec. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Agespisa, Piaui’s state water utility in northeastern Brazil, plans to farm out about 1 billion reais ($475 million) in work for sanitation services, BNAmericas said, citing a statement from the water company.

The subcontracted work would be for basic water supplies, sewage collection and water treatment services for 35 years in the state capital Teresina, according to the news report.
