Tenarist to Invest About $90 Million in Romania, ZF Says

Nov. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Tenaris SA, the world’s largest maker of seamless pipes, plans to invest about $90 million in Romania next year, Ziarul Financiar reported, citing Gabriel Podskubka, who heads the company’s eastern European unit.

Tenaris, which invested between $80 million and $90 million in expanding its Romania facilities this year, plans to spend $60 million to open a factory in the western town of Zalau to make pipes for the oil industry, the Bucharest-based newspaper said.
