Argentine Bondholders Win Right to Appeal Holdout Ruling

Nov. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Argentina’s restructured debt-holders may challenge U.S. court orders that require the country to pay defaulted debt if it moves forward with plans to pay $3 billion on newer bonds next month, a federal appeals court in New York ruled.
