NBC Names Don Nash to Replace Bell as ‘Today’ Executive Producer

Nov. 14 (Bloomberg) -- NBC Universal said Don Nash will replace Jim Bell as executive producer of the “Today” show effective Dec. 1.

Nash has been with “Today” for 23 years and has served as the show’s senior broadcast producer for the past seven, New York-based NBC Universal said today in a statement. He will report to Alexandra Wallace, who will oversee all four hours of the show as executive in charge.

NBC, majority owned by Comcast Corp., announced yesterday it is shifting Bell to full-time executive producer of its Olympics coverage.
