Nov. 3 (Bloomberg) -- The fire from a natural-gas pipeline explosion near Moscow was extinguished without injuries, the Emergency Ministry said.
Gas supplies to Moscow and other parts of the Moscow region haven’t been interrupted, the ministry said in a statement on its website. Supplies to the region hit by the blast will resume at 6 p.m. today, according to the statement. The local pipeline exploded in the early morning and the resulting fire burned 17 buildings, the ministry said.
