Nov. 1 (Bloomberg) -- NAEK Energoatom, Ukraine’s state-controlled nuclear-reactor operator, agreed to maintain plants jointly with Russia’s ZAT Rusatom Service.
The companies signed a cooperation accord yesterday, Kiev-based Energoatom said today in a statement on its website. Rusatom Service is a unit of Russian state nuclear holding company Rosatom Corp., which has agreed to provide funds, according to the statement.
