Dougie Freedman Joins Bolton as Manager From Crystal Palace

Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Bolton Wanderers appointed Dougie Freedman as manager, in succession to Owen Coyle who was sacked Oct. 9.

Bolton, relegated from the Premier League at the end of last season, is 16th in the Championship. It confirmed Freedman’s appointment on its website. He was previously manager at Crystal Palace.
