BES Angola Says Sobrinho to Be Replaced by Guerra as Bank’s CEO

Oct. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Alvaro Sobrinho, chief executive officer of the Angolan unit of Banco Espirito Santo SA, will be replaced by Rui Guerra, BES Angola said today.

Sobrinho will remain at BES Angola as chairman to coordinate the bank’s strategic plan for the next five years, it said in an e-mailed statement through its public relations firm Lisbon Communication Office.
