Prudential Financial Raises $805 Million for Real Estate Fund

Oct. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Prudential Financial Inc., the second-largest U.S. life insurer, said it has raised $805 million for a fund investing in U.S. real estate debt.

Typical deals for the fund will range from $10 million to $65 million, the Newark, Jersey-based insurer’s Prudential Real Estate Investors said today in a statement distributed by Business Wire.
