Oct. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Greenfield Partners LLC, a South Norwalk, Connecticut-based real estate fund manager, started a business providing European commercial real estate loan servicing in partnership with Raith Capital Partners.
Paul Lloyd, Ravi Joseph and Bill Sexton will lead the business, according to a statement today. Lloyd has been head of CBRE’s servicing unit since 2009, Joseph was Morgan Stanley’s European head of securitization until 2004 and he has since worked with Sexton at Mount Street Capital.
Greenfield owns a majority interest in Clayton Holdings LLC, which provides due diligence on mortgage loans. Loan servicers earn fees for managing mortgages on behalf of bondholders and private equity firms.
