Oct. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Thousands of protestors started a march in central Cairo today to mark the one-year anniversary of clashes that killed 27 protesters, mostly Coptic Christians, at the Maspero state radio and television building.
The march, accompanied by funeral music, is organised by a number of groups including the April 6 Youth Movement and the Popular Current. Protestors are demanding justice for those killed when military and security forces violently dispersed a peaceful march against assaults on Coptic churches.
