Oct. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Russia’s exports of wheat and meslin, a mixture of wheat and rye, reached about 10.3 million metric tons in the eight months through August, the Federal Customs Service said.
Imports of wheat and meslin reached 142,700 tons and barley 457,200 tons in the period, the service said in an e-mailed statement today, without providing comparisons with a year earlier.
In August, almost 2.35 million tons of wheat and meslin were exported, the service said.
