OMV Petrom May Start Black Sea Gas Output From 2018, ProTV Says

Oct. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Romania’s biggest oil company, OMV Petrom SA, may start natural gas production in its Black Sea block from 2018, Chief Executive Officer Mariana Gheorghe told ProTV.

Petrom’s gas production from the Black Sea block, which it explores with a unit of Exxon Mobil Corp., may last for more than 10 years, Gheorghe told ProTV in an interview broadcast yesterday.
