Oct. 4 (Bloomberg) -- The euro extended an advance against the dollar after European Central Bank President Mario Draghi said the common currency is “irreversible.”
The 17-member currency strengthened 0.6 percent to $1.2981 at 1:37 p.m. London time. It rose 0.7 percent to 102.05 yen.
