India Beats Pakistan in Twenty20; Australia Defeats South Africa

Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- India beat Pakistan by eight wickets in the Super Eight stage of cricket’s World Twenty20 in Sri Lanka.

Earlier today, in another Group 2 match, Australia beat South Africa by eight wickets. Both games were in Colombo.

Australia leads the group on four points, with Pakistan and India on two points each. South Africa has none after two defeats.

All four teams still have a chance of reaching the semifinals, with two going through from the group.
