Sept. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Emerson Electric Co. of the U.S. plans to invest 50 million euros ($65 million) in a new factory in Romania, Ziarul Financiar reported, citing Calin Banciu, who heads the company’s local unit.
Construction of the factory in Oradea will start early next year, the newspaper said.
Emerson also plans to invest 15 million euros in its existing production facility in Cluj-Napoca, ZF said.
