Sept. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Russian Economy Minister Andrei Belousov said he didn’t think the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a trade agreement among about a dozen Asia-Pacific countries, would be concluded in the “near future.” Belousov spoke today at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum in Vladivostok, Russia.
President Barack Obama last year called on negotiators to complete the agreement by November.
