Sept. 1 (Bloomberg) -- West Ham scored all of its goals in the first half in beating Fulham 3-0 in English soccer’s Premier League.
Kevin Nolan scored in the opening minute at Upton Park in east London. Winston Reid made it 2-0 in the 29th minute and Matt Taylor closed the scoring four minutes before halftime.
Andy Carroll started for West Ham in his first game since his loan move from Liverpool earlier this week. Dimitar Berbatov, who joined Fulham yesterday from Manchester United, also made his debut as a halftime substitute.
