Rajoy to Meet Leaders to Soften Possible Bailout, Expansion Says

Aug. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Spain’s Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy plans to meet foreign leaders, including European Union President Herman Van Rompuy this month, to try and soften any terms in case the country needs a full financial bailout, Expansion reported today, without citing anyone.

In September, Rajoy will also meet German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Finland’s President Sauli Niinistoe and Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti, the newspaper said.
