Brazil’s Cremer Says Tarpon Holds 42.5% of Its Common Shares

Aug. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Cremer SA, a Brazilian medical-supplies maker, said Tarpon Investimentos SA holds 13.9 million of its common shares, or 42.5 percent of the total capital, according to a regulatory filing yesterday.
