Aug. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Apranga AB, the biggest clothing retailer in the Baltic states, said profit almost doubled in the first half from the same period a year earlier.
Net income rose to 12.34 million litai ($4.42 million), from 6.4 million litai in the first six months of 2011, the Vilnius-based company said in a statement to the stock exchange today. Sales grew 26 percent, to 180.26 million litai.
