Peru Central Bank Buys $2 Million in Spot Currency Market

Aug. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Peru’s central bank bought $2 million in the spot market today to stem gains in the sol. The bank said on its website it paid an average 2.6170 soles per U.S. dollar.
