July 25 (Bloomberg) -- Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Trade and Industry filed three legal cases against National Agriculture Development Co., the country’s biggest food producer, al-Eqtisadiah reported, citing a person at the ministry whom it didn’t name.
The ministry filed the cases with the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution after three violations related to production dates on dairy products and juices, the newspaper said.
The ministry seized 100,000 bottles of the products yesterday, al-Eqtisadiah said.
The public relations department at the company, known as Nadec, declined to comment when contacted by Bloomberg News.
