July 24 (Bloomberg) -- Petrol Group d.d., Slovenia’s biggest energy company, increased its first-half profit 9 percent on higher sales of oil products.
Net income rose to 23 million euros ($28 million) in the period as revenues climbed 18 percent to 1.8 billion euros from a year earlier, according to preliminary figures released by the Ljubljana-based company in a regulatory statement today. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization advanced 4 percent to 58 million euros.
