India’s ONGC Offers to Sell Naphtha Cargo for August Loading

July 23 (Bloomberg) -- Oil & Natural Gas Corp., India’s largest state-owned oil explorer, offered to sell a cargo of naphtha for August loading, according to a tender document e-mailed to potential buyers.
