July 20 (Bloomberg) -- Turkey’s benchmark ISE National 100 Index fell 0.9 percent to 61,792.16 at the close in Istanbul, falling for a fourth day and extending its loss this week to 1.4 percent.

Adana Cimento Sanayii TAS (ADNAC TI), a cement maker based in Adana in southern Turkey, declined 1.5 percent to 0.68 liras after Sabah newspaper reported that Sonmez Holding AS will build a $165 million cement plant in the same province.
Frigo-Pak Gida Maddeleri Sanayi & Ticaret AS (FRIGO TI), an Istanbul-based processor and packager of food products, jumped 5.3 percent to 1 lira after saying it signed an accord for Universe Capital Partners LLC to invest in the company.
Karsan Otomotiv Sanayii & Ticaret AS (KARSN TI), a Turkish motor vehicle maker, rose the most in almost a month, adding 2.6 percent to 1.19 liras after saying it won an Istanbul municipality auction to supply 200 natural gas-fired buses and spare parts.
