The Lima General Index fell 0.2 percent to 20,033.85. The MSCI All Peru Capped Index slid 0.1 percent to 2,695.12.
Trevali Mining Corp. (TV PE), a Canadian zinc and silver producer with operations in Peru, dropped 4.8 percent to 80 cents after zinc declined in London.
Candente Copper Corp. (DNT PE), a Canadian copper exploration company, slumped 3.6 percent to 53 cents. Shares fell after copper declined in New York, said Estefany Castillo, an analyst at Scotiabank Peru.
Panoro Minerals Ltd. (PML PE), a Canadian copper and gold exploration company, decreased 1.6 percent to 63 cents.
Luna Gold Corp. (LGC PE), a Canadian gold explorer, slumped 6.3 percent to $1.92 after gold declined in New York.
Cia. de Minas Buenaventura SAA (BVN PE), the country’s biggest precious-metals miner, slid 1.4 percent to $36.49.
