July 16 (Bloomberg) -- Central Termica Loma de la Lata SA, an Argentine electricity generator owned by Pampa Energia SA, will buy back as much as $25 million of outstanding 2015 notes.
Central Termica is offering to pay 4.70 pesos ($1.03) per dollar for the bonds, according to a filing to the Buenos Aires stock exchange. The offer began today and will end on July 20 at 3 p.m. in Buenos Aires.
Loma de la Lata has $166.1 million of 2015 unsecured notes outstanding, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
