July 3 (Bloomberg) -- The Czech Republic’s PX stock index rose for a third day, advancing 0.1 percent to 912.70 by the close in Prague.
The following were among the most active equities on the Prague Stock Exchange today. Stock symbols follow company names.
Komercni Banka AS (KOMB CP), the Czech unit of Societe Generale SA, advanced for a sixth day, adding 0.1 percent to 3,582 koruna. European stocks advanced on expectations that central banks in Europe and China will ease monetary policy to spur economic growth.
Erste Group Bank AG (RBAG CP) of Austria gained 1.1 percent to 396.6 koruna, the highest level since May 11.
Kit Digital Inc. (KITD CP), a maker of online-video software, fell a second day, declining 1.4 percent to 88 koruna. The company “expects to book a loss” on its sale of a content business to Netherlands-based Content Solutions International NV for $18.8 million, Kit said in a statement late yesterday. The size of the loss depends on accounting and calculations that aren’t currently complete, the company said.
