June 21 (Bloomberg) -- The Loan Market Association, the trade group for syndicated loan underwriters in Europe, said it appointed three new directors.
Charles Griffiths of Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd., Babson Capital Europe Ltd.’s Martin Horne, and Graham Rainbow of Alcentra Ltd. were elected at its annual general meeting yesterday, according to an e-mailed statement.
Roland Boehm, head of loans at Commerzbank AG, was reappointed as chairman of the London-based organization, and Richard Basham at Citigroup Inc., Nick Jansa of Deutsche Bank AG and Richard Munn of Oak Hill Advisors Europe LLP were reappointed as vice-chairmen at the following board meeting, the LMA said.
“Membership of the LMA continues to rise and currently stands at an all-time high of 486 organisations,” Boehm said in the statement.
