June 19 (Bloomberg) -- Bank of Finland promoted Mika Poesoe to become head of the general secretariat.
Poesoe, who’s head of communications, will succeed Antti Suvanto on Sept. 1, according to a statement by the Helsinki-based central bank.
Suvanto will become an adviser to the bank’s three-member board, led by Erkki Liikanen, its governor and a member of the European Central Bank council.
