Former Greek PM Simitis Urges Coalition Government, Skai TV Says

Former Greek Prime Minister Costas Simitis said New Democracy, Pasok and Democratic Left are obligated to form a stable and effective coalition government, Skai TV reported, without saying where it got the information.
