June 14 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies had unusual price changes in Bogota trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses, and prices are as of the market close.
The IGBC Index rose 0.3 percent to 13,943.74, while the Colcap Index rose 0.7 percent to 1,665.18.
Bancolombia SA (PFBCOLO CB), Colombia’s biggest lender, dropped 1.1 percent to 27,200 pesos. Finance Minister Juan Carlos Echeverry said Colombia’s economy grew 4.5 percent in the first quarter from a year earlier, compared with the previous estimate of 4.8 percent, in a speech in Bogota today.
Celsia SA (CELSIA CB), a Colombian electricity holding company, gained 2.1 percent to 4,340 pesos. Celsia started operations today at a new power plant, known as Hidromontanitas, with generating capacity of 19.9 megawatts, according to a regulatory filing.
Ecopetrol SA (ECOPETL CB), Colombia’s largest oil company, rose 1.2 percent to 5,220 pesos. Crude gained the most in more than two months in New York trading.
