June 11 (Bloomberg) -- A Tam SA airplane made an emergency landing in Brasilia today because of a suspected fire in a restroom, the airline said in an e-mailed statement.
The airplane took off from Rio de Janeiro and was scheduled to land in Belem, Para state, TAM said.
Globo news earlier reported that there were signs of fire in two bathrooms.
