June 10 (Bloomberg) -- Bumi Plc, an owner of stakes in two Indonesian power-station coal producers, will hold a meeting on June 14 to elect its new management board, according to The Sunday Telegraph.
James Campbell, Samin Tan, Nalin Rathod, and Scott Merrillees are among executives standing for election to the board, the newspaper reported, without saying where it got the information.
Nathaniel Rothschild, former co-chairman of the business, will take a back-seat in the meeting, the newspaper said.
