Credicorp Ltd. (BAP PE), Peru’s largest financial-services company, gained 2.5 percent to $124.15, in line with gains by its New York-traded American Depositary Receipt and U.S. banks. Its Banco de Credito unit said today it brokered Peru’s first swap contract in soles.

Volcan Cia. Minera SAA (VOLCABC1 PE), Peru’s largest zinc and silver producer, advanced 1 percent to 3.08 soles after its weighting was increased in Peru’s exchange-traded fund, spurring investors to add the stock to their portfolios, said Inteligo SAB analyst Lali Merino.
