May 29 (Bloomberg) -- Dogan Sirketler Grubu Holding AS, a Turkish group of companies with interests in media and energy, surged the most in a month after saying it agreed to buy two wind power plants from the Agaoglu Group.
The shares advanced 5.9 percent to 72 kurus at the close in Istanbul, the biggest intraday gain since April 25.
Dogan will buy a 33 megawatt plant in southern Mersin province and a 93 megawatt plant in western Balikesir province, the company said in a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange today.
