May 21 (Bloomberg) -- Deutsche Bahn AG is in negotiations with Siemens AG on compensation for the late delivery of 16 ICE-3 trains, Handelsblatt reported, citing unidentified people close to the talks.
Deutsche Bahn may receive an additional train from Siemens, which plans to deliver eight to ten trains this year, Handelsblatt said. The trains, which will be used from December, were supposed to run in 2011, the newspapaper said.
