May 18 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of the following companies had unusual moves in Thailand trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are as of the close in Bangkok.
The SET Index slid 1.6 percent to 1,154.44, the lowest close since March 13. The gauge dropped 3.1 percent this week, the largest weekly decline since October.
Rubber producers: Sri Trang Agro-Industry Pcl (STA TB), Thailand’s largest rubber producer, decreased 2.5 percent to 15.7 baht, the lowest close since Oct. 5. Thai Rubber Latex Corp. (Thailand) Pcl (TRUBB TB) fell 1.2 percent to 3.2 baht.
Rubber futures dropped 1.4 percent to 269.9 yen a kilogram on the Tokyo Commodity Exchange.
PTT Pcl (PTT TB), Thailand’s largest oil company, decreased 1.2 percent to 328 baht, the lowest close since Jan. 25. Crude futures fell as much as 1 percent to $91.60 a barrel in New York.
