May 14 (Bloomberg) -- Rebekah Brooks, the former chief executive officer of News Corp.’s British unit, and her husband will be told tomorrow whether they will be charged with perverting the course of justice in the phone-hacking investigation, the British Broadcasting Corp. reported.
Brooks, her husband Charlie, and five others will be informed about prosecutors’ decision tomorrow around 10:00 a.m. when they report to police stations in London as part of their bail conditions, the BBC said, citing sources.
Brooks’ spokesman, David Wilson, and her lawyer, Stephen Parkinson, didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.
