888 Holdings Pay Plan Sparks Shareholder Concern, Times Says

May 13 (Bloomberg) -- 888 Holdings Plc has awarded such large bonuses to executives that the British Association of Insurers issued its highest alert before a May 16 annual shareholder meeting, the Sunday Times reported.

The company proposes paying former chief executive officer Gigi Levy a $500,000 bonus and Chief Financial Officer Director Aviad Kobrine $833,000 for his performance in helping lift the company’s share price, the newspaper said.
