May 6 (Bloomberg) -- Prudential Plc has hired Savills Plc to find it a new headquarters in London, The Sunday Telegraph reported, without saying where it got the information.
The company is considering the Shard, Heron Tower and the Walbrook Building as possible offices, the newspaper said, and is part of a wave of insurance companies looking for new premises in London.
RSA Insurance Group Plc, Amlin Plc and Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group Plc are among 13 insurers looking for 1 million square feet of space, the Telegraph said, citing property agent CBRE Inc.
